Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling different sections of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
